Our Commitment to Flexibility
At Le Jardin Switzerland, we believe in giving you complete control over your subscription experience. You may skip, pause, or cancel your recurring subscription at any time without penalty or further obligation.
This policy applies exclusively to our subscription purchase option. Single, one-time purchases are fulfilled immediately and are not subject to cancellation after the 1-hour order change window (refer to our Shipping Policy).
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Because you subscribed online, you can cancel online. We will never require you to take any action more burdensome than the method you used to subscribe.

Important Cancellation Timing
To ensure you are not charged for your next scheduled shipment:
You must cancel your subscription at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled renewal date.
If a cancellation is requested less than 5 days before the renewal date, your payment may already be processing for the upcoming order. In this case, that shipment will be the final one you receive, and no further charges will occur thereafter.
Once an order has been placed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded except under the terms of our 120-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Confirmation
You will receive an immediate confirmation upon canceling through your Account Portal. If canceling via email, you will receive a confirmation from our Concierge Team once the cancellation has been processed.
