Section 7 — Subscription and Automatic Renewal Terms

This section applies to all subscription purchases made on lejardinswitzerland.com and constitutes your agreement to recurring billing. Please read this section carefully.

A. Automatic Renewal and Billing Consent

By placing a subscription order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. Your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel.
2. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and continue indefinitely until you cancel.
3. You have reviewed the subscription price, billing frequency, and renewal terms displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

B. Billing Details and Frequency

Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you selected at checkout. You will be charged the subscription price disclosed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, to the payment method you provided.

• 3-Month Subscription: You will be charged approximately every 90 days.

The specific dollar amount you will be charged and the frequency of those charges are displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you submit payment. Your first charge occurs at the time of purchase. All subsequent charges occur automatically at the interval you selected unless you cancel.

C. Pre-Renewal Notification

You will receive a reminder email prior to each renewal charge. This notification will include the amount to be charged, the date of the upcoming charge, and instructions on how to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before the charge is processed.

D. Annual Renewal Reminder

In compliance with applicable state law, you will receive an annual reminder notification that includes the product or service to which your subscription applies, the frequency and amount of charges associated with your subscription, and instructions on how to cancel. This reminder will be sent via email.

E. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or further obligation, except for the cost of products already shipped or charged. To stop future recurring charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again after cancellation, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

F. How to Cancel

Because you subscribed online, you can cancel your subscription online. We will never require you to call a phone number, send a letter, or take any action more burdensome than the method you used to subscribe. You can cancel through any of the following methods:

• Online Account Portal: Log into your account, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and follow the cancellation instructions. A prominently located cancel button is available at all times within your account. This method is available 24/7.
• Email: Send an email to hello@lejardinswitzerland.com with the subject line "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" and include your name and order number.

If you initiate cancellation online, we may present you with a discount offer, retention benefit, or information about the effects of cancellation. However, a clearly labeled "cancel" option will always be prominently displayed alongside any such offer, and you are never required to accept any offer to complete your cancellation.

G. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the price of your subscription. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance of the effective date via email. You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.

H. Subscription Orders During Out-of-Stock Periods

If your subscription renewal falls during a period when your product is out of stock, you will not be charged until stock is available and your order is ready to ship. The estimated ship date will be communicated in your renewal reminder email. If you do not wish to wait, you may skip or cancel your renewal at any time through your account or by contacting us.

By completing a subscription purchase, you provide your express affirmative consent to the automatic renewal terms described in this section. We retain a record of your consent in accordance with applicable law.

Section 8 — Pre-Orders

From time to time, one or more of our products may be available on a pre-order basis due to high demand. When this is the case, the estimated ship date is displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Your payment is collected at the time you place your order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your order will ship on or around the estimated date shown at the time of purchase, and not within our standard processing window. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
