Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund, or within 150 days for store credit or exchange.
- Products must be in new, unopened condition with shrink wrap intact.
- Hair serums may be returned if opened, but no more than 5% of the product can be used to qualify.
- Dermarollers and brushes must have shrink wrap fully intact to qualify. Opened items are final sale.
- All returns must include original packaging where applicable.
Handling Fees
- Returns are subject to a $10 handling fee deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges are free and do not incur any handling fee.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If your payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired card), we will issue store credit instead.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to process after approval, plus an additional 7–14 days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are simple and free!
- If the new item costs more than the original, you’ll pay the difference.
- If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as FINAL SALE during Cyber Week, Black Friday, or other promotions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- These items will be clearly labeled at the time of purchase.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offers
- If you return an item tied to a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion, you must also return the free gift.
- If you choose to keep the free gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Return Abuse Policy
- We monitor return activity to ensure fairness and protect against abuse.
- Returns where the product is more than 5% used will be automatically denied
- Dermarollers and brushes that have been opened or unsealed are final sale and not returnable.
- Excessive returns or abuse may result in account restrictions.
150-Day Growth Guarantee
We proudly offer a 150-Day Growth Guarantee on our hair serums.
To be eligible for the guarantee:
- You must submit before and after photos taken at the start and end of the 150 days.
- You must demonstrate consistent use as instructed during the 150-day period.
- Guarantee claims must be submitted within 180 days of purchase.
- Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible.
Guarantee claims are individually reviewed for fairness and eligibility.
Chargeback Policy
- By placing an order with Le Jardin Switzerland, you agree to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
- Chargebacks are not a valid method for obtaining a refund and should not be used to bypass our official returns process.
- We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and adherence to our return policies.
