Returns & Exchanges

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund or within 150 days for store credit or an exchange. Products must be in new or gently used condition to qualify. For hair serums, this means no more than 10% of the product has been used. For electronics, items must be returned without damage, scratches, or missing parts, and include all original packaging and accessories.
HANDLING FEES
Returns are subject to a $6.95 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Exchanges are free and do not include this fee.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., an expired card), we will issue store credit instead. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, and your bank may take an additional 7–14 days to reflect the transaction.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are simple and free! If the new item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as FINAL SALE during Cyber Week, Black Friday, or other holiday promotions cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page at the time of purchase.
BUY 2 GET 1 FREE OFFERS
If you return an item that qualified for a free gift, you must also return the gift. If you choose to keep the free gift, its value (as listed on our website) will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN ABUSE POLICY
We monitor return activity to ensure fairness. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or misuse (e.g., returning empty or mostly used products) may result in return denials or restrictions.
