Shipping and Delivery

Processing and Delivery Time

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours (1 business day) of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Pre-Orders: Some products may be available on a pre-order basis due to high demand. If your order includes a pre-order item, it will not ship within the standard processing window above. Instead, your order will ship on or around the estimated date displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout. See the Pre-Orders and Batch Shipments section below for full details.
  • Tracking: You will receive a separate email with your tracking number and shipping carrier information as soon as your order ships.

Pre-Orders and Batch Shipments

From time to time, one or more of our products may be available on a pre-order basis due to high demand. When this is the case:

  • The estimated ship date is clearly displayed on the product page before you add the item to your cart.
  • The estimated ship date is confirmed again at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Your payment is collected at the time you place your order, not when the order ships.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your order will ship on or around the estimated date shown at the time of purchase — not within our standard 1–5 business day window.
  2. You have reviewed and accepted the estimated ship date displayed on the product page and at checkout prior to completing payment.
  3. Estimated ship dates are good-faith projections. While we make every effort to meet them, timelines may shift due to production or logistics factors. If a significant delay occurs beyond the original estimate, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.

Cancellations: Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. To cancel a pre-order, contact us. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

Subscription Renewals During Pre-Order Periods: If your subscription renewal falls during a period when your product is out of stock, you will not be charged until stock is available and your order is ready to ship. The estimated ship date will be communicated in your renewal reminder email prior to your payment method being charged. If you do not wish to wait for the next available batch, you may skip or cancel your renewal at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.


Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Due to this efficiency, our window for changes is very limited.

  • Changes/Cancellations: For in-stock orders, we can only accommodate requests for changes or cancellations (including modifications to the shipping address) within 1 hour after the order is placed. For pre-orders, cancellations are accepted at any time before the order ships (see above).
  • Please double-check your shipping address and order contents carefully during checkout to avoid any issues.

Shipping Issues and Damages

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasional issues may occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately — within 7 days of delivery — for assistance. We will promptly help arrange a replacement or issue a refund as needed.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. If your order included shipping insurance, we will file a claim and send a replacement at no additional cost. If your order did not include shipping insurance, please reach out to us anyway and our team will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Delivery and Refusal of Packages

To ensure successful delivery, please make arrangements to receive your package.

  • Delivery Attempts: Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive your package. If no one is present, the carrier will leave instructions regarding the next delivery attempt or pickup location.
  • Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is refused by the recipient, is unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts, or is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
    • The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
    • The package will incur the original shipping cost plus an additional return shipping fee.
    • Both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee will be deducted from any eventual refund issued upon the package's return to our facility.
