Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

As described in our Privacy Policy, we share certain browsing and purchase data with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, and Pinterest) to deliver relevant advertisements. This activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable law.

How to Opt Out

Option 1 — Submit a request by email:

Send an email to hello@lejardinswitzerland.com with the subject line "DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY INFORMATION" and include the name and email address associated with your account or purchase. We will process your request within 15 business days.

Option 2 — Global Privacy Control (GPC):

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a valid opt-out request. You can enable GPC in supported browsers such as Firefox, Brave, and DuckDuckGo, or through browser extensions. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once your request is processed, we will stop sharing your personal information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising. This means you may still see our ads, but they will no longer be personalized based on your activity on our website.

Opting out does not affect:

  • Your ability to make purchases or manage your subscription.
  • Transactional communications such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and renewal reminders.
  • Our use of your data internally for order fulfillment, analytics, and fraud prevention.
  • Marketing emails or SMS messages (to unsubscribe from these, use the links provided in each message or refer to our Privacy Policy).
