This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Le Jardin Switzerland website.
120-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident in our products and offer a separate guarantee for items that have been opened and used.
If you have used your product consistently as instructed and do not see satisfactory results within 120 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To qualify for the 120-Day Guarantee refund:
- The product must have been used as instructed for the full 120-day period.
- You must contact us to initiate the process.
- Our team will review your submission to confirm eligibility. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
90-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You may return unopened and sealed products within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method.
This policy applies to the following products, provided they are unopened and sealed:
- Hair Serums and Oils
- Hair Brushes
- Dermarollers
To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return under either the 90-Day Policy or the 120-Day Guarantee, please contact us.
Wait for Authorization: Do not send your item back until you have received return authorization instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team.
Shipping: Mail your product, along with the RMA number clearly marked, to the return address provided in our instructions.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs upon visual confirmation of the damage (photos are required).
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, typically within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after the stated period, please contact your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
Promotional Offers
If your purchase qualified for a free gift (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), and you wish to return the qualifying item for a refund, you must also return the free gift. If you choose to keep the free gift, its current retail value as listed on our website will be deducted from your refund amount.
Subscription Orders
Subsequent or recurring subscription shipments are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt (see Defective or Damaged Products above). All returns related to subscription satisfaction must be processed through the 120-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Return Abuse Policy
We monitor return activity to ensure fairness and prevent fraud. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or misuse of our policies (e.g., returning empty or mostly used products under the 90-day policy, or frequent returns without cause) may result in return denials or restrictions on future purchases.
